Having both used Richie Kealy and his construction company and referred his services to others, I have nothing but the highest of praise for his professionalism, knowledge and diligence to his work.

Not only was the work completed to a standard above our expectations, but nothing was too much trouble as we proceeded to change our minds during the refurbishment on a number of occasions.

I would be delighted to recommend Kealy Construction to anyone needing professional building work done.

I engaged the services of Mr. Richard Kealy from Summer 08- Jan 09 to do a complete renovation on An Adult Education Centre called the Haven.

The whole building had to be refurbished including floors, walls, woodwork, alarm system, heating, electrical – a complete make over.

The work was carried out in a very satisfactory manner. Richard ensured the work was completed to a very high standard. All workers were completely trustworthy and had access to the premises this was a great help to me.

Richard also carried out a number of repairs in the school which is beside the centre again I was very happy with the work.
I would be very happy to recommend Richard Kealy Building Solutions to any school or centre.

Please feel free to telephone me at 4169890 after the 23rd August.

Kealy Construction carried out the construction of the three new car showrooms, Porsche, BMW and Volkswagen, for the Joe Duffy Motor Group at their Charlestown site.
Following Kealy’s success in the selected tender process, they approached the project in a methodical way and sought to build a positive working relationship with the entire team from the outset.

There were a number of surprises in the ground on the project and Kealy’s dealt with these proactively and without undue fuss, again focussed on the relationship.

Even though this was a fast moving, commercial project with a hard deadline, the interactions were friendly and decisions were made in a collaborative manner.

Their commercial and contractual approach was similar, in that items that arose were dealt with in a straightforward manner which was fair and reasonable.

It was noted that the owners of the business took a hands-on role and ensured a close connection between the activities on site and client’s decision making process.

Overall, the project was an enjoyable one with a very successful outcome and a happy client.

I have been working with Kealy Construction for several years as our construction partner.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Their highly experienced team have adopted a hands-on approach to managing projects.

We have had the pleasure of working with Kealy Construction on a two complex and difficult commercial extension and refurbishment projects, and we are currently working with them on a large high end bespoke residential property.

The reason that we choose Kealy Construction and their team for these projects was their competency, attention to detail and their ability to understand the brief. We believe that it essential that you can trust the builder to deliver on the design as intended and meet and exceed the expectations of the client with regard to the finished works.

If you were to sum up Kealy Construction it would be ‘integrity’ and this is a criteria that should be placed ahead of all other when it comes to selecting a builder, we believe that this is what we received on our projects.

We would not hesitate in recommending Kealy Construction and we are certain that we will continue working with them in the future.

We have worked successfully with Kealy Construction on various construction projects, namely; Volkswagen Long Mile Road, Volkswagen Liffey Valley and Volkswagen Deansgrange.

The construction project in each case was complex and required specialised materials and details to tie in with Volkswagen’s corporate design and identity. The construction program was very demanding in each case as they tie in with sales cycles, with the motor industry, and the demands set down by client and Volkswagen AG.

Kealy Construction have demonstrated expertise and efficiency in maintaining budget, quality, safety, co-ordination of supplies, co-ordination of sub-contractors and adeptness to overcome problems and find solutions for the benefit of the project.

We have no hesitation in recommending Kealy Construction and look forward to working with Aiden in the future.

Todd Architects have undertaken several recent projects with Kealy Construction appointed as main contractor, in the education and leisure sectors.

We have found them to be diligent and transparent in their day to day activities, and to be both efficient and flexible in their approach when dealing with unforeseen site issues, variations, or design changes requested from the client.

Contracts undertaken by Kealy Construction in collaboration with Todd Architects have been delivered to a consistently high standard, on budget and on schedule.  We would have no hesitation in recommending Kealy Construction to prospective clients for future work opportunities.
